Pointy Toe Shoe Crew

I’m totally Gleeking out, you guys. (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) 

Last  night, MW & I hit up the opening of the new Express store in Pacific Centre. When Megan texted me about the invite (“some guy from Glee will be there”), my exact response was “totally skipping softball for that.” I’m kind of a huge Glee fan, but I’m also kind of a huge dork who acts like a total maniac when faced with celebrities (I once met Lady GaGa and when she shook my hand, I forgot to let go. It was awkward). Anyway, Weekend Specials are meant to be filled with hilarious light-hearted banter (and only mild attacks on my dignity), so in that spirit, let me break down for you exactly what is going on in this photo:

That subtle glow on my forehead? That’s sweat from my celebrity-induced hot flash. Immediately before this pic was snapped, I asked Mark Salling (a.k.a. Puck from Glee) “so, are you having fun?” Immediately after this pic was snapped, I asked Mark Salling “so, are you having fun?” (He politely answered me both times) Then I told him I knew he’d been to Vancouver before because I saw photos of him during the Olypmics on Twitter. Then I ran the eff away before the restraining order papers could be drawn up.

Oh, and Shenae Grimes (from Degrassi: The Next Generation! Or, as you might know her now, much less importantly…from 90210) was there too, but she was too busy making out with her boyfriend to get a photo with me I thought Mark Salling was hotter.
